Apartment Rental Rates – 2010/2011
(Weekly rental rates are quoted in British Pounds)
1st November – 30th April: £125 per week
1st May – 31st May: £140 per week
1st June – 30th June: £169 per week
1st July – 31st August: £325 per week
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £100 is required prior to departure, this will be refunded in full after your departure and on the apartment being left in good condition.
- Towels and Linens: All are provided free of charge.
- Cleaning Services: The apartment will be cleaned ready for your arrival.

Getting There…
The resort of St Vlas is on the Black Sea coast, approx. 30 minutes from Bourgas airport and 90 minutes from Varna airport. Direct charter flights are available from most UK regional airports including Doncaster, East Midlands, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Luton, Stansted and Gatwick, as well as from other major European Airports.
Transport to and from the Airport…
We can give your flight details to the reception staff in the Hotel at Garden of Eden and they will arrange for a taxi to pick you up outside arrivals and drop you at the airport at the end of your stay. The taxi will cost around 30 Euros (60 lv) Keys to the apartment will be ready for you to collect from reception upon arrival.
